Georgia is set to field a new-look offense this fall under first-year offensive coordinator Todd Monken as well as new starters at quarterback, running back, tight end, and four offensive line positions. One returning playmaker figures to be the focal point of the Dawgs in 2020 and that is sophomore wideout George Pickens. Pro Football Focus has been high on Pickens, calling him the No. 7 overall returning player in the SEC and the conference’s No. 4 wide receiver earlier this year, behind LSU’s Ja’Marr Chase and Alabama’s Devonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle.
On Tuesday the outlet named five SEC players it expects to stand out as among the nation’s elite, and Pickens was one of the five mentioned.
