Former Dodgers Postseason Star Arrested After Found Sleeping Behind Building at Airport

A former outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers has resurfaced in the news cycle, but for rather unfortunate reasons.

According to the Miami Herald, Andrew Toles was arrested on June 22 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing after being found sleeping behind the Federal Express building, located at Key West International Airport.

According to the police report by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Toles was asked to leave the premises in exchange for not being arrested, but the 28-year-old refused to comply. Toles only had a black book bag with him, and his address was listed as “the streets of Key West, Florida” on his arrest report.

Toles remains at the Stock Island Detention Center on $500 bond as of this writing, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 2.
